What button functions are available on the Redmi Earbuds 2C?

1. Answer/End calls: Gently press the multi-function button to answer/ end calls.

2. Reject a call: Press and hold the button for 1 second to reject a call.

3. Play/Pause Music: Press the multi-function button to play/pause the music while using the earbuds.

4. Turn on voice assistant: Double press the multi-function button to enable the voice assistant while using the earbuds.

5. Answer a Second Call/Switch between Calls: Press the multi-function button to answer the second incoming call during an ongoing call. Double press the multi-function button to switch between the two calls.

6. Switch between Earbuds and Device: During a call, press and hold the multi-function button for 1 second to switch between the earbuds and your phone.

7. Mute/Unmute: Double press the multi-function button to mute/ unmute the earbuds during an ongoing call.

Troubleshooting guidelines

Steps to recover: When one of the Earbud stops working, follow the below-mentioned points.

1. Check if the case has sufficient charge.

2. If the case doesn’t have sufficient charge, charge the case with the earbuds inside to full and try to turn ON the earbud.

3. If the earbud fails to turn ON after step 2, perform regular reset.

Regular reset steps:

· Take the earbuds out of the case. Press and hold Multi-function button on both the earbuds for about 15 seconds until the indicator blinks red and white alternatively three times.

4. If the earbud fails to turn ON after step 3, perform hardware reset.

Hardware reset steps:

· Long press and hold Multi-function button when earbud is out of case. Keep pressing, do not release. Put earbud into the case (do not release, keep pressing). Don't release until observe the LED turns red.
